Our Process

STEP 1

01.Design Con­sul­ta­tion

Vis­it our show­room or sched­ule a con­sul­ta­tion at your home. We gath­er all your project infor­ma­tion and take pre­lim­i­nary mea­sure­ments to pro­vide an accu­rate ini­tial quote.

STEP 2

02. Pre­lim­i­nary Bid

After you review and approve your price quote, we sched­ule a tech­ni­cian to per­form a laser mea­sure­ment template.

STEP 3

03. Dig­i­tal Tem­plate at Residence

The mea­sure­ment tech­ni­cian per­forms the laser tem­plate and reviews your project details for accu­ra­cy. The final project cost can then be gen­er­at­ed, and the infor­ma­tion is returned to our cus­tomer ser­vice team.

STEP 4

04. Cus­tomer Ser­vice Final Review

The cus­tomer ser­vice team reviews the project infor­ma­tion for accu­ra­cy with you, then sends the job to logistics.

STEP 5

05. Logis­tics

Logis­tics reviews the CAD draw­ings for accu­ra­cy and gives the cus­tomer ser­vice team a con­fir­ma­tion date. The team then sched­ules your job for installation.

STEP 6

06. Fab­ri­ca­tion Process

We cut your cho­sen mate­r­i­al to the dimen­sions tak­en at the res­i­dence, then com­plete a rig­or­ous qual­i­ty con­trol process at each phase of the fab­ri­ca­tion process.

STEP 7

07. Instal­la­tion

Instal­la­tion takes between 2–3 hours, depend­ing on the size of the job. Once com­plete, the team will review the entire project and make sure it meets your expec­ta­tions. Our instal­la­tion man­ag­er is on site dur­ing the process to ensure accu­ra­cy and com­pli­ance, and to answer any ques­tions that may arise. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
